Q. Is it possible for your to hold orders? 

        Yes, we can hold orders for a month. Just leave a comment before check out or send us an email at [email protected].

Q. Can I make a special request? 

        Yes, we can possibly do that with a minimal fee. Send us a link of where to buy the item you want.

Q. Does the package have a tracking number and how long does it take to get the package? 

        All packages will be sent with a tracking number. 

        EMS and Airmail usually takes 1-3 weeks. But due to COVID 19 pandemic which leads to significantly reduced international flights to and from Japan, we cannot guarantee that

        packages will arrive on time. Some packages arrive 3 months after posting. 

        If you want the package on a specific period of time, please use DHL. Packages arrive in 3-15 days if no delays.
