Shipping Policy

No shipping on Japan Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.


Items on hand will be shipped within 5 working days except for PREORDER items. Pre-ordered will be shipped once the items arrive at our shop.


Shipping Carrier:

            JAPAN POST package sent via AIRMAIL, SURFACE MAIL (BOAT) or EMS is delivered at the delivery address. Tracking number will also reflect at your country's official Post Office website. (Please understand that sometimes there's no update on the website for some countries due to lack of data). 


            DHL package sent via DHL is delivered at the delivery address. You can monitor the movement of the package through email or SMS.  For PAYPAL users, signature is needed upon receipt if the total amount of the package is ¥75,000. For STRIPE users, it's ¥50,000.


          Please understand that the number of delivery days is just an estimate. Depending on the situation of delivery transport, customs clearance, and local handling conditions, the number of days will differ.

                                  Airmail (2-3 weeks)

                                  EMS (1-2 weeks)

                                  SURFACE MAIL / Mail by BOAT (2-3 months)

                                  DHL (3 - 15 days)


FOR SURFACE MAIL (Mail By BOAT) A shipping fee back to Japan will be collected for RETURNED PACKAGES because it is UNCLAIMED by the buyer.


LOST PACKAGES / PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED 

            DHL NO INSURANCE Send us an email with your ORDER Number and Name. We can ask DHL to show us proof of delivery and proven that it was not delivered at the correct address, we can refund the shipping cost.

        

            AIRMAIL has NO INSURANCE included. Once the package is LOST, it is LOST. But please contact us if you don't get the parcel. We can file an inquiry at our local Post Office regarding the status of the parcel using the tracking number we have sent to you. 


Custom Duties/Taxes are NOT included in the payment. Please note that custom duties and taxes are NOT included in your payment. These fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the package. Failure to pay the required duties or taxes may result in the package being returned to the sender or destroyed by customs.


            If DHL is selected as the shipping method, the buyer is responsible for:

                1. Paying the return shipping cost to the seller (if applicable)

                2. Covering any custom duties and formal clearance fees

                3. In the event that a package is returned to the sender, the seller will assume responsibility for any customs duties and taxes incurred. However, these charges, along with the cost of return shipping, will                      be deducted from the total value of the original order prior to issuing a refund. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
